Self Help for the Elderly- Jackie Chan Activity Center

It is important for seniors to stay active and eat healthy in order to maintain their health. Activity Centers hold activities for seniors to remain active and learn how to improve their health, including exercise classes, healthy meals, and much more.

Golden Gate Park Senior Center

The Golden Gate Park Senior Center is a recreation center dedicated to the enjoyment of quality activities for all seniors age 55 and over. Our goal is to provide seniors with programs to improve/maintain their physical, intellectual, and social well being. We offer classes to seniors, who are interested in dancing, exercise, bridge games, art classes, bingo, language classes, and more. We are located on the North West side of Golden Gate Park
