This is a full time (40 Hours/ Week), year round position. $52,000 – 57,000. The Associate Director will be responsible for providing oversight and presence to the 4 Elementary Program Sites by coaching Program Managers and any relevant program staff in implementing the RDASC model: well-developed project-based and socially relevant curriculum, structure of low staff to student ratios, robust staff professional development, while ensuring family economic and mental health support.
The Associate Director visits school sites weekly to ensure quality programming is within SFUSD/ExCEL’s Quality Action Plan, Safe and Supportive Climate and Culture Initiative, Healthy Active Youth and RDASC’s programmatic goals; Liaises between RDASC and other RDNC Programs (Beacon, MCAP, NFS, Admin.) to ensure continuity and consistency in programs; and supervises and collaborates with MCAP’s coordinator around elementary-based multi-cultural programming.
This is a full-time (40 hrs/wk), seasonal (to July 21st) with the potential for school year 2017-2018 employment. $17.00-$18.50/hr. The Assistant Program Manager will be located at Roosevelt Middle School and, together with the Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all Beacon programs at the site run effectively and efficiently and oversees the safety and direction of all students enrolled in Beacon Middle School Programs.
This is a part time (25 hours a week), year round position. $17 -$19/hr. The Case Manager is responsible for providing one-on-one case management support for Beacon participants at George Washington High School. They will coordinate individual, academic & behavioral supports. They will collaborate with the Case Management Program Manager and school site wellness staff to refer youth out for mental health supports.
This is a part time (regularly scheduled to work 15 hrs/wk, Mon-Fri), seasonal (August 2016-May 2017) position- $15.25-$16.00/hr. The Activity Leader will be located at one of the elementary schools in the Richmond District of San Francisco and will be part of a team that is responsible for providing after-school assistance to youths ages 5-11 with homework; and creating and leading a wide-range of academic, wellness and social-emotional activities.
